Hi George, the playlist is nothing more than a text file with a .pls extension
which can be saved anywhere on your hard drive. To create a playlist just go
in to the winamp playlist editor with control tab, then press the letter l,
then navigate to the folder you wish, and locate the file you wish to add, then
press enter, and for folders, just use shift l. Then when you want to save the
playlist, just do control s, and name your playlist, then tab to the file types
combo box, and you have a choice of either .m3u or .pls, then tab to save, and
that is all there is to it, now, there was some condition where, either, A:,
you couldn't save a playlist in the same folder as one of the files in the
playlist, or, B:, once you moved the playlist file out of the folder where you
saved it, it wouldn't work anymore, and I haven't created a playlist in so
long, that I forgot which conditions were which, plus, I'm transitioning to
another operating system, which is facilitating my forgetfulness in windows,
"lol," but maybe others who have stayed devoted to windows can fill in any
missing gaps that I've left out.
