i've reinstalled at least ten times in the past two weeks. i've thought i got all the files, but apparently i haven't. do you know all the places where i should look, and do you know the reinstall file name?

So if you can tell us what happens we might be able to help. this is a Winamp hot key, it doesn't have to do anything with your screenreader. i have a feeling that a simple uninstall and re-install will help, but the problem is to make it a clean install you have to uninstall the program, back up any bookmarks you have, find out where the install file is for the latest version and re-install that.
