Hi Paul

Sorry for slow response:  Just busy.  First question, I don't use any 
DSP effects, I just like to hear the CD as nature, or the mastering 
engineer, intended.  At the moment, if I use Winamp for CD playback, 
it's via the sound card, but I'll probably use another program for 
digital CD playback until this gets fixed.

That WINASPI.DLL is supposed to go in your Winamp directory.
