A weird error that I'm getting when trying to set up the sam encoders

Hi all, when trying to select the regular MP3 encoder when trying to set up the
sam encoders, I'm getting the following error when I select it:
Access violation at address 012CEE9E in module 'dsp_encoders.dll'.
Read of address 0000000E.
I have no idea what this even means, or where to start to fix it.
