[win2kforum] W2K: Changing the width of program columns in "Start>Programs"

Hi all.
I still work with Windows 2000. The properties of my screen are 800x600
pixels. I would also not like to change these.
I hope, someone could give me an answer onto my question:
When I click on "Start>Programs", then I receive 4 columns with a listing of
all my installed programs. The 4th column is however no longer readable
(because the first 3 columns are too wide). Only the Icons can be seen.
Is there a way of changing the width of the columns or to reconfigurate some
parameters, so that the columns become narrower, but can be seen completely?
