[win2kforum] Re: Splash Screen

Scanreg can be used on w2k, xp, and win9x, however there is no "/fix" option.

How about F8 to safe mode, run the command prompt and type in=20

C:\scanreg.exe /fix

I also suspect that it could be a corrupted registry? What do you guys
think.
