Kool! All I want is direct CD to turn RWs in to Floppies. I need nero for
burning ISOs (though easyCD creator does it well, I prefer nero. Thanks!

It won't work under windows 2k SP1 either...
So you must select one of these two products...
Or try installing the Software Nero Burning ROM without the InCD Package
(which
is also a Packet Writting Software and this is what makes the conflict).
Only
one Packet Writing Software may be installed on the system!
