You could use Win 2K backup to copy the current system state to tape/disk etc.
This copies SYSVOL, %systemroot%\system32, NTDS etc.  Not sure about the admin
profile though.

Any help?

You may use Regback and Regrest (from the win2k reskit), or you may use
NTBackup or third-party utils.
