[wiaattorneys] WIA State Board Memberships

I have been asked to look at legislation to reduce the size of our state
board. I have tried working it a lot of ways, but with 3 service areas in
our state, 49 is about as small as I can get it. Is everyone's state board
approximately that size or are there ways to shrink it that I am
overlooking?
