New Mexico has a $7,000 cap, but will consider more if it can be shown
that additional training is required for a demand occupation. The
request for additional funds is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

The District of Columbia hasn't had a TAA claim for number of
years....but if we have a reional office saying something that might
contradict a federal law/or reg...sounds like a WIA Attorney Meeting

Do your states put any cap on TAA training costs beyond the
"reasonable cost" limitations of 20 CFR 617?

Sorry if you are getting this question twice, but I accidentally
sent the original email via the old UMass list serve and I am not sure
if it is even in service anymore.
