Legal Issues Forum - Salt Lake City Utah - October 24-27, 2005
Several UI attorneys have been working to provide great workshops for the
Unemployment Insurance Directors' National Meeting and Legal Issues Forum
in Salt Lake City Utah from October 24 through October 27, 2005.
A U.S. Department of Justice lawyer will share his experience in
prosecuting a million dollar identity theft case. Carol Brassey and Jerry
Hildebrand will provide an update on SUTA Dumping implementation and
Michael Milwee will update current confidentiality issues. The Bankruptcy
Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005, legal writing, and
an opportunity to share information with colleagues are on the agenda. Two
additional workshops and the UI attorney networking luncheon are scheduled
for Tuesday morning.
