Joe and Bob,
Florida lost its appeal to the 11th District Court of Appeal on our
$11.4 M JTPA disallowance. The issue related to documentation showiing
that the JTPA students received services in addition to services that
were normally available to the adult education population that was
funded by state funds. Florida won at the trial court, lost at ARB,
Florida appealed the ARB reversal and lost at the 11th circuit. We
recently paid the disallowance. This case had been pending for over 6
years.
