I agree that at this point, we should implement vendors for next year's
event.

I would not charge that much money. especially since you expressed
yesterday your feelings regarding where we are and how much needs to be
done.
If you did go forward, I think it should be $25.00. Most events that I
get tables for are 25 to 30 and if its more, its because its a big event.
If I thought I had enough time, I would rent a table as well and I think
we should try to implement this idea for next year!

Subject: [weca-board] Vendors at the Gala???
I wanted to put this over to the Board. This is something Zachary
James sent out to me yesterday morning. I said I would put it by the
Board.
Hey Rodney,
I may have a potential vendor for the July Gala. His name is Tony and
he is a carpenter/woodmaker. He makes furniture and home decor out of
wood and has a great display for selling his goods. He does best at
events like ours.
I wanted to know how much would we charge him to be a vendor?
HERE is a link to his site. I met him recently at a farmers market and
think he would be a great fit for our event. I told him it would be
somewhere in the $50-$100 range if we had space left.
