[website-critique] what is wrong with my SSI called page (again)

I'm not sure what's going on but
I have a site for my newsletter that's screwed up.
the logo is an ezinecover.jpg and a paragraph

the main page is
http://makemoreinformer.com
I tried to put a paragraph of text to sit next to the
ezinecover.jpg
that wouldn't work without changing the tables around
so now /header.txt is layed out almost the way I want
it but the SSI wont work anymore.
What could be wrong?
