I know I'm a bit late here, but you folks need to keep
in mind that the AIGA is focused on design firms. Most
design firms tend to have 10 people or less, so in a 
small business of that size a "web producer" won't make
as much as they might as working at a Fortune 500 company.
I would also imagine that depending on industry and
location what folks make will be all over the board.
