Yes they have. Were they inflated to begin with? Yes. However, the =
salary pendulum has swung far in the other direction just because it =
can. Salaries are down and are going to remain there until either the =
elusive up turn happens or the race to the bottom is over and all of the =
work has gone off-shore.
