I want to bring a couple of issues related with communication and
coordination among the team. I think that both suggestions will help us to
have *shorter and more effective meetings*, and also a *more dynamic*
One of the things I'd like is to encourage everyone to *start conversations
or ask questions over this list*, the Telegram group, or in a more personal
way if you prefer so. By this, I think we will reduce the conversations
during the general meetings that are too specific and only matter directly
to some of us.
In a similar direction, I think that we will get benefited from *spreading
the use of the kanban board* or other some lightweight mechanism to *give
everyone visibility* about what is happening. The effort required for this
should be minimum (just creating the item and updating the status), while
the benefits IMO are too wide.
