The project that built tabletaudiosample.sys should also have “built” (really,
stamped) tabletaudiosample.inf.

Hello guys,
I am developing an APO for a custom audio processing effect. Like many others I
have began with sysvad.
After overcoming some basic issues I have successfully built all modules using
VS15.
I now have the following modules built:
KeywordDetectorContosoAdapter.dll
PhoneAudioSample.sys
PropPageExt.dll
SwapAPO.dll
TabletAudioSample.sys
But I now have an issue with installing the APO on a target machine because I
seem to be missing the cat file and have issues with the inf files.
When I build the solution I get the message "Inf2Cat task was skipped as there
were no inf files to process" so I might be missing the cat file..

I will appreciate all info regarding how to get the inf and cat files and a
detailed description on how to install this driver on a target machine.
