It is not possible to *inject* an upper filter driver above a WaveRT driver to 
intercept audio data like you would be able to on a WaveCyclic or WavePCI 
driver (you won't see the audio data.)  But you can *write* a virtual audio 
driver using any portcls miniport interface (or wdmaudio, for that matter.)
