PortCls exposes both KSINTERFACE_STANDARD_STREAMING and KSINTERFACE_STANDARD_LOOPED_STREAMING for WaveCyclic/WavePci interfaces but KSINTERFACE_STANDARD_LOOPED_STREAMING is almost useless in this case (it is similar to WHDR_BEGINLOOP/WHDR_ENDLOOP flags in WAVEHDR and allows to loop only a constant audio data). For WaveRt interface, PortCls exposes only KSINTERFACE_STANDARD_LOOPED_STREAMING.
