Not that I know of.  There may be a way to inquire about the allocator
that will actually be used, but I've never used it.

However, remember that you are not required to handle ALL of the frame
every time you get called for processing.  You can advance the frame
edge pointer a little bit at a time, and do more processing next time.

As a result of this, I guess there is actually no reason to declare framing requirements for a sink pin. Now I wish I had decided to implement the capture pin first ;-)
