Hi, I would appreciate some advice on whether this sounds like a bug in our code, a driver bug, a directsound bug or something else. We have an audio recording app, which appears to run pretty well and be pretty stable. Its written in C# with VS2008 and DirectSound 5.4.0.2904. Its running under XP sp2, with 4 8-channel sound cards. The problem is every 13 hours 37 minutes, we are getting 240 buffers (24s) of audio repeated to us. We don't lose any data, and it all sounds good, but we have an extraneous bunch of buffers! Its repeatable across reboots and can be seen on more than one machine. The loop time varies across reboots by approx 5s, but is constant between reboots. Any ideas?
