This exists for audio offload streams, but not for WaveRT host-pin streams.

The relevant properties are KSPROPERTY_AUDIO_WAVERT_CURRENT_WRITE_POSITION and
KSPROPERTY_AUDIO_WAVERT_CURRENT_WRITE_LASTBUFFERPOSITION.

Subject: [wdmaudiodev] WaveRT VAD question

I'm thinking of refactoring our VAD into using WaveRT instead of WaveCyclic,
and I wonder if there's any way for the VAD to know when an audio client has
finished writing into the circular buffer.

My gut feeling is that the answer to that is "No", but I thought I'd pass this
by the list.

/Robert
