Can you elaborate on what you mean by "stream the content"? If you mean through 
some capture interface (standard or otherwise) provided by your driver for use 
by other software, then the driver should disable this when the stream is 
identified as CopyProtect

KSPROPERTY_DRMAUDIOSTREAM_CONTENTID 
(http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ff537351(v=VS.85).aspx).

Hmm... I handle a very similar situation, and where I do want to be able to 
stream the content. How should I do in this case, should I mark the secondary 
stream copy protected ? And how ?
