Further to my earlier email about Windows 10 PC latency, my PCs have Window
10 Pro 1909 and Microsoft audio driver 10.0018361.1. How can I find out how
buffering it (the driver) has and is there are way to reduce to a level that
is just above the value that causes distortion of a 7 KHz analog bandwidth
signal?
