We don’t really do hotfixes anymore – too many potential combinations.



If this is important to you, you could lobby for the fix to be included in an 
official Windows Update (Patch Tuesday) update for each of the affected 
versions of Windows 10; to do so, open a support case and provide your business 
justification.

For previous Windows versions, no.
