Thank you, I have created a separate account and filed the report.

But I did see no link in the Feedback window. Tried to find something like an
ID but no success. Windows goes from bad to worse with the time. :(

My report can be found in the feedback directory by the
"KSEVENT_PINCAPS_FORMATCHANGE" keyword.
