We are digging into the problem on our end. We will let you know when we have
figured out what broke and have a solution for solving this. Sorry that you
haven't seen any movement on this. We have been working to get the correct
internal groups involved.

Hi Martin,
Sorry for any inconvenience caused by my previous
email. I just didn't know whom I can ask for help in
Microsoft. I have been a member of this mailing list
for over 2 years, and I realized that you are one of
the most studious person here. When problem happens, I
tried to get advice from you.
This memory leak issue happens only after WinME QFE
# 25334 is installed, and we believed that QFE code
does contribute to this issue. Since we are
considering to merge this QFE into our driver
installation package, we need to find out the root
cause. That is why I was so rash. Sorry again. Anyway,
I will post my question on mailing list again.
Hopefully somebody can give me a clue.
