[wdmaudiodev] MSVAD pcmex WAVE_FORMAT_EXTENSIBLE connections

I'm have built MSVAD pcmex and connect to an upstream filter that sets
the MediaType including "channel mask" to various values using Direct
Show ReconnectEx
Althought the connection is always successfull and reports the correct
MediaType using Direct Show CurrentMediaType
the pcmex NewStream ValidateFormat funtion always reports the attempted
format as WAVE_FORMAT_PCM.
