Driver is for a USB device. Driver is estimating position based on
callbacks. so as soon as driver receives callback, it updates position. So
it is not a true ADC/DAC position. I also know that driver was running
streaming so errors like Play cursor is stuck or timed out waiting for pin
data Irp's are not making sense.
