Is there a similar mailing list for VIDEO driver development (or just MS
driver development in general)? My Google-Fu has failed me (I only found
out about this list because another driver dev referred me).
The IDDCX_TARGET_MODE struct has a 'RequiredBandwidth' member with only
vague documentation:

I filed an issue with Microsoft
(https://github.com/MicrosoftDocs/windows-driver-docs-ddi/issues/1018),
