The developer is asking if you can run Kernel Streaming Topology Test from the
HLK on the driver in question and send us the resulting logs.

You won’t be able to attach anything to feedback for the same reason you can’t
use “recreate my problem.” You’ll have to share the logs out-of-band.

Since Feedback Hub isn’t letting you grab logs, please grab logs
the old-fashioned way as described here:

If your machine is joined to a domain, your IT department may have
disabled “full” as an option using group policy.
No, it is my own VM running on my own PC. In the net, somebody
complained to the same problem with Diagnostic Data settings.
