You won’t be able to attach anything to feedback for the same reason you can’t 
use “recreate my problem.” You’ll have to share the logs out-of-band.

Since Feedback Hub isn’t letting you grab logs, please grab logs
the old-fashioned way as described here:

Sorry, I forgot about your log collection script. Done. Can I attach
the collected package to the feedback, or it should be provided
another way?

If your machine is joined to a domain, your IT department may have
disabled “full” as an option using group policy.

No, it is my own VM running on my own PC. In the net, somebody
complained to the same problem with Diagnostic Data settings.
