[wdmaudiodev] Help in Configuration USB device

I need to select and alternate configuration (configuration #2) in my usb
device.  I use the UsbBuildSelectConfigurationRequest and issue the URB on
down.  CallUSBD is successful however, my configuration never changes?  Do I
need to do any thing prior to this request?
