By this, do you mean the DeviceIoControl call (which uses
IOCTL_KS_READ_STREAM)? If so, just ERROR_IO_PENDING, in all cases.

No, just stereo, in one direction. Again, it appears that stereo output
works, but stereo input often shows this problem...
