to exclude every other attempt to access that device, (at least) when
my application is running? The main problem is with Windows system
sounds, because windows plays those dings and other sounds on this
device, if the wave mapper is set to it. (If there is no other sound
device exists in the system this USB device will be the default one!)
(The supported operating systems: Win2K, WinXP)
