Hi Karthik,
                Actually there is only one device i.e. virtual device(MSVAD)
having both speaker/mic as virtual. As your sound card device does not have
two separate devices i.e mic and speaker, both are handled by single device
object. Similarly MSVAD is a device with virtual mic & speaker, which can
capture / render from or to file or to device etc.
