This generic ASIO-driver uses the exposed ks-api to
enumerate, configure and stream audio-data to/from
the soundcard. Perhaps it will also support multiple
interface-cards in the future, but I'm not certain
yet how to compensate for clock-skew between different
hardware-interfaces...
