In APOProcess the input parameters contain connection count for input and
output and an array of APO_CONNECTION_PROPERTY for input and output.
When looking at sample code such as SYSVAD it is always assumed that there
is one and only one connection and the arrays are hardcoded to using only
index 0.
As the documentation does not say anything about it I am being asked why
this is and if there ever will be more that one connection.
I have searched the net for an answer without luck. Anyone at MS who knows
the answer?
