The configuration button should only be enabled for speakers, HDMI and
microphone endpoints.
Thomas, could you please describe your hardware? Does it have multiple
multichannel speaker outputs or is it a prosumer type device intended to be
plugged into an external mixing board?

Are you running the RTM version or RC2? The reason I ask is that the greying
out of the configuration buttion for a KSNODETYPE_LINE_CONNECTOR endpoint
was a bug in RC2 that seems to have been fixed in the RTM version.
