thanks Linda for invite and sharing about your beautiful place and connections.
Sundays i usual do not go far.. So far as a community hang-out place I have
seen the library on Saturdays be a good one.. great to have some music there..
or jam.. or sing along.. but it is a library but quite a flexible one too..
usually before it closes and people come and go to the transfer station that
day.. it is good to have a warm stove working.. energy and food.. and
communications.. shepardson road is special for star gazing.. be nice to also
have a telescope up there sometime.. good space.. welcome home..

Happy New Year every one ! Hope you're all plowed out and shoveled and
enjoying your lunch by the woodstove. New Years always starts with a
resolution, or in my case, an intention. My intention for this year is to help
fill the need/desire for acommunity Gathering Place. I am thinking about
offering "the red house" ( 145 Shepardson Rd. ) as a gathering place on
Sundaymornings from 8a.m. to 12 noon, if there is interest from you, the
community. My plan would be to make available for a small fee, a great cup
of "plain old coffee" or tea, and prehaps some munchies from the local "serve
safe"kitchens ( but not a full breakfast ). I would also provide a sunday
newspaper for anyone wanting to order one, and a comfortable placeby the fire
to read it, or to visit with friends. If you are interested and/or have
ideas, I would love to brainstorm with you. Please contact me off the L at
lynrosefarm@xxxxxxxx PS: As of January 1st. I am the "new" owner of 145
Shepardson Rd. and will be permanently residing there, continuing to use what
was my parents phone number 544 2759. Tracy Styles and her husband Matt Allen
will be continuing to reside at 66 Chestnut Hill and we will be combining
thetwo homes, out buildings, and acerage into "Lynrose Farm" with plans to move
forward with our vision of a Wellness Center in the Spring.
Blessings to you all, and look forward to hearing
from you,
Linda
