[vitunes] Gstreamer Support rebased to current HEAD

hi list,
After not doing anything vitunes related for the last couple of months
I'm glad to announce that I've merged all my gstreamer work into the current
vitunes HEAD.
please feel free to test it and send any bugs either directly to me or the list
to get the code use
git clone https://github.com/sahne/vitunes.git
to use gstreamer as a backend either call vitunes with the -m option
or change your config.
vitunes -m gst
