Fine. I'll crack on using your suggestion. You can work around it by using the Surface menu's Load option to choose an application configuration that you want to apply to the selected surface. If you don't have an application configuration that meets your needs, create a new one using File, New, Application Configuration. A non-crashing version with a helpful error dialog will appear in Beta 4.4, but I won't upload this until you've had more time to find other faults and I've cured a few more of those that I already know about. Best wishes. I loaded the default, then went into the edit menu, and chose Application configuration. The program crashed, although it did actually catch the unhandled exception. Is this a piece of code which hasn't been done yet, or an error? Best, David.
