I saw the tap memo demonstrated first-hand and it seemed simple. I recommend talking to Tomasina Perry at LS&S products as she is the best at explaining all the features and how to work it. She would probably know of similar devices to help as well. I have copied her on the email for you. I have a client that is looking for one so he doesn't have to keep his phone numbers on his computer. He doesn't want an iPhone. Doesn't need an organizer. Something simple. Thanks, Gail
