My phone is a Panasonic with a talking caller ID. Model No. KX-TG6071B I bought it at Office Max. I don't remember the cost but it was most likely on the low to middle range of prices. I was looking for a speaker phone - the talking caller ID was a bonus. My last speaker phone was horrible so I probably spent a little more than rock bottom. But it was most likely under $ 50 for TWO phones-(one base). That said, this is not 100% accessible. You can hear the caller ID only if you are there to hear the phone ring. There are no talking features to tell you about missed calls from people who did not leave messages. But hey, if they didn't leave a message, who cares?
