I was under the impression that PenFriend labels could go through the washer and dryer like Sherlock ones can. Thanks very much. Terrie Terlau Terrie (Mary T). I have a demo of the Pen Friend but it doesn't offer the labeling of clothes like the Sherlock. The Sherlock advertises that it will go through the laundry process. It is twice as much money, but I agreed to order it for a client today. Does anyone have any experience with it? Thanks for your time and input! Diane
