In all due respect, I am not making myself clear it would seem.
Marcie points out my exact message. Who knows what AVRT is and who
can contribute to the AER list, the AVRT list the COMS list, the
visionrehab list.
I'd like to encourage any and all folks who are interested in the
quality of the blindness and low vision profession to feel free to
make valid, evidenced based comments and suggestions to further our
profession as a Certified Vision Rehabilitation Therapist. I'd like
to encourage folks to sign their names indicating which profession or
community they hail from as well.

Hello, I have a client who is blind from birth, lives in the Dominican
Republic and who has visited the US in the past. Once he finishes high
school in the DR he is going to attend a school in the Washington D.C.

and his sponsor wants to start connecting him with services there,
specifically a blind center
The school he will be attending is the Carlos Rosario International Public
Charter School
I can look up services in the area however thought all you smarter folks
then I would have the insight track on where to send them for assistance
