Hello, I have a client who is blind from birth, lives in the Dominican Republic
and who has visited the US in the past. Once he finishes high school in the DR
he is going to attend a school in the Washington D.C. area and his sponsor
wants to start connecting him with services there, specifically a blind center
The school he will be attending is the Carlos Rosario International Public
Charter School
I can look up services in the area however thought all you smarter folks then I
would have the insight track on where to send them for assistance
