Hi Sue,
I have attached one of my staple recipes.  It might be too basic or not
"omelet" enough for him but the recipe is a staple for me.  Your client might
also enjoy looking on his own on

Does anyone have any suggestions or tips on how to make an omelet. I have a
totally blind 19 year old with fairly good kitchen skills. He wants to make
omelet for his dad.
