I, too, do not purchase anything from Maxi Aids. I had a couple of instances of very poor service from them a few years ago, and had also heard some rumors about shady purchasing practices on the owner's part. I have always found Independent Living Aids to be a very good company to work with, and I purchase many adaptive aids for consumers. -----Original Message----- From: visionrehabtherapist-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:visionrehabtherapist-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Penny Reeder Sent: Friday, October 23, 2009 11:38 AM To: brink-chaneym@xxxxxxxxxxxx; BJLejeune@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx; visionrehabtherapist@xxxxxxxxxxxxx; ewood@xxxxxxxxx Subject: [visionrehabtherapist] Re: Easy Writer Full Page Writing Guide Dear All, I am not currently working as a rehab teacher, but who knows when I may go for a contract job in the field... In any event, there must be a writing guide that's available from someone other than MaxiAids. I have always refused, on the grounds of my own personal opinion and principles, to buy products from MaxiAids.
